Hi Rick,
No Joe is not wood. I believe it is called cast resin and it may or may not be hand painted. I’m afraid I don’t know much about him. I saw, I liked, I bought. Sorry I don’t have more info. If you would like to see Joe e-mail me and we can set up an appointment.

Nope, not a painting. Yes, it has glass.
I have many items in my home for sale. These are just the tip of the iceberg.
